Postage and Delivery
Orders are generally processed the same working day they are received. However, during especially busy times it can take up to 48 hours to fill an order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
All products are mailed using DHL or Swedish Post and delivery times can vary. We ask that customers allow 7 days for delivery, although most deliveries will be received within 1-3 days.

Further ID Requests
If we are unable to validate your address against your credit card statement, your order will not be shipped until we receive an acceptable form of photographic identification, such as a valid passport or driver's license, where the photo, name and driver's license/passport number are clearly legible.
Please be advised that all forms of identification must be legible. Blurry, pixelated or blackened-out copies will not be accepted. We take fraud very seriously and if your identity cannot be verified, the order will not be processed.
Returns, Damaged & Lost Packages
If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please check your e-mail to ensure we have been able to charge your card. Sometimes customers fail to notice the e-mail our system automatically generates if your card cannot be authorized. If your credit card has been charged and it has been longer than 7 days since you placed the order, please complete the form on the "Contact Us" page to inform us of the lost package. We will then check the tracking information and issue a replacement if the order has not been signed for.
If the contents of your package have arrived but are damaged, please complete the form on the "Contact Us" page explaining what has happened and we will contact you. |
